At Fabric Chronicles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process.

Eligibility

• Return Window: Initiate returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Process

• Online Request: Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to request a return or exchange.

• Pickup and Shipping: Upon approval, we will arrange pickup through our logistics partner for easy returns.

• Inspection: Once the item is received, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: To request an exchange, specify the desired replacement product in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged Items

• No Return Policy for Damaged Items: Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our support team immediately if any damage is found.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or our error. For exchanges, replacement item shipping is free.

• Free Returns: We offer free returns on orders over ₹3,000 or in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
